Nine-chapter reading structure and scientific framing corrected
- The nine chapters remain the content backbone, now grouped on the front end into five reading domains: knowing tea, tea science, flavour in practice, tea and culture, and contemporary issues.
- Chapter landing pages no longer list unpublished articles; published material, status language and module names are aligned.
- The British afternoon-tea serving order and Sri Lanka chronology were corrected, while overly singular or pseudo-precise claims about yan yun, zuoqing and tea-type transformations were narrowed.
- Article citations now use the local bibliography numbering, and bilingual historical articles with different filenames now link to their proper counterpart.
